A VOICECRAFT® WORKSHOP?
There are many advantages in coordinating a Voicecraft® workshop for your department, group, choir or network. A Voicecraft® workshop can be customised for any particular need.
There are two ways you can be a part of the coordination of a Voicecraft® workshop. They are:
Option 1. Coordinator Role
More involvement for negotiated payment.
Voicecraft® responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- provision of detailed information to the coordinator to assist with the planning & coordination of the workshop
- provision of regular guidance & support to the coordinator
- provision of advertising copy & manual copy for duplication by the coordinator
Coordinator responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- selection of & payment for a venue
- provision of am & pm refreshments
- preparation & duplication of flyers, brochures & manuals
- organisation of the distribution of flyers & brochures
- arranging advertising & promotion locally
- selection, booking & payment of accommodation for Alison
- booking & payment of flights for Alison
- taking registrations, payments & enquiries
- arranging AV equipment
- disbursement of funds
Option 2. The Link
Less involvement for 12 months free Voicecraft® Focus membership or the cash equivalent.
Voicecraft® responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- processing registrations & payments
- taking enquiries
- preparation & duplication of flyers, brochures & manuals
- organisation of the distribution of flyers & brochures
- arranging advertising & promotion
- booking & payment of flights, accommodation & Venue hire
- disbursement of funds
- provision of detailed information & guidance to the Link pertaining to the requirements set out below
The Link's responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- selection & pricing of a venue for booking
- advising the Voicecraft® office of local printers
- organising catering for am & pm refreshments
- informing Voicecraft® of likely sources for participants
- informing Voicecraft® of accommodation options in close proximity to venue
- sourcing AV equipment
