VOICECRAFT® FOR SPEECH PATHOLOGY STUDENTS

This workshop will develop your skills with your own voice and increase your confidence and effectiveness in working with patients to restore and train their voice.
It is an experientially based workshop that introduces the concept of and skill in, differentiated control of the larynx and vocal tract and then applies it to treatment of functional voice disorders and associated problems eg hoarseness, vocal nodules, oedema, vocal fatigue.
There is opportunity for one-to-one and group development of specific vocal skills, in a safe, supportive environment.
A manual is provided. Certificates are awarded for participation.
